Here we have for your consideration a 2 horse carved block meerschaum pipe with a red acrylic stem, faux amber, with a screwon tenon made by Tim West and installed by Tim. The stamp on the case just says “real meerschaum”. The case is missing 1 hinge, but still fits the pipe. There is no loss on the horses. The bowl is separate from the rest of the pipe and just rests in the body cavity. It has been reamed, cleaned & sanitized with Everclear, and repolished for you. PLEASE BE AWARE:  The USPS does not offer USPS Parcel Select shipping anymore through eBay.  We will only ship via USPS due to package handling issues.  This will probably only affect larger heavier packages.  If something else can be worked out ahead of time, please advise, otherwise First Class and Priority are the only offered services we are willing to use.

Shipping international
:  All import fees are the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller.  If the item can be shipped via First Class International, I will be happy to do it, just remember their won’t be a tracking # outside the U.S., therefore we have no idea if it is received or not, but the cost will be less and
we will no longer provide a refund

be provided, then we will work with you.  The buyer will be responsible for letting me know prior to payment or right after in the notes section, best would be before you receive my invoice.
Any item that is over $50.00
no matter what it is, will be sent Priority International, due to the loss of items that have disappeared.  If the item is over $100.00 a signature will be required as well.  This is due to the losses we have had from either the USPS or the postal service in the receiving nation.  If the buyer contacts us prior to the ending of the listing, perhaps we can work something else out, otherwise, that is how it stands, much to our regrets.

Terms of Sale
