Handling & Shipping Charge
:   USA:   There are several options from which can be used to ship.   Please ask questions if the following information is too convoluted to understand.
Small sized items (that will fit in an envelope with a size less than 6″ X 9″ X 1/4″) with a combined value (multiple auction lots) less than $20, and a total package weight of less than 3 ounces, will be shipped via eBay’s “Standard Envelope” option.   The charge for this option is $1.00.
Larger sized items and/or combined purchases greater than $20 will be shipped via USPS, with tracking.   The charge for this option is $2.86, or more for pages/sheets, and will be shown in the item’s auction description.
Buy, pay, and ship $100 or more in one transaction (within a two-week period) and the H&S charge will be waived.
I will combine all lots won within a two-week period and charge only the highest H&S charge of all lots won, paid, and shipped in one transaction.    I expect and request payments within a two-week period.   Please feel free to accumulate more purchases within that time frame.   I generally use eBay shipping labels, with tracking, for proof of shipment/delivery.
Out of country sales:   I subscribe to eBay’s new International Shipping Service.  If you live within a country that participates in one of eBay’s shipping services, I will ship there pursuant to eBay’s rules.   IFFFF you live in a country that is serviced by eBay’s International Shipping Service, and you buy, pay, ship $100 or more in one transaction within a two-week (14-day) period; then the H&S charge will be waived.   If you live within a country that is not an eBay shipping service participant, or your purchase is below $100, the H&S charge of $15 will be charged for registration fees and to cover costs of shipping via the U. S. Postal Service.   I will ship via one of eBay’s Programs as a first priority, and only to those countries outside the eBay covered areas provided buyer pays for and accepts registered mail.  SMALL ORDERS, WITH A VALUE OF LESS THAN $20, MAY BE SHIPPED MORE ECONOMICALLY.   Other suggestions for shipment may be considered – please contact me PRIOR to placing a bid.

Returns:  USA:  Large lots with many stamps included are not accepted as returns, as there simply isn’t enough time to personally inspect every stamp within large lots/accumulations.  Please consider this as you place a bid.   I will accept returns for single stamps, single sets, and similarly sized lots, in which I have made an error.   The listing will indicate if returns are accepted for that lot.   International lots cannot be returned.
